Church Announcements

Praise and Prayer Night (Sunday 7/6 @ 6:30pm)

This summer we are setting aside special evenings to gather for worship, prayer and a brief message. The first praise and prayer night will but on Sunday 7/6 at 6:30pm.

New Community Groups (Week of 7/7)

Signups are now open for our new community groups, which will begin meeting in July and continue through our Fall ministry year. These groups will still be regionally based and family-friendly, but we will be redistributing ourselves into 5 new groups (instead of 3) and focusing on Bible study: 1 and 2 Thessalonians. Everyone is welcome to join a group. Scan the QR code or visit the link in your newsletter.

Annual Church Retreat (Friday 8/15-Sunday 8/17)

Registration is now open for our annual church retreat at the Hilton Garden Inn in Irvine! We are honored to welcome our guest speaker, Dr. Daniel Stevens from Boyce College. He will be sharing messages on the Christian life from the book of Ephesians, encouraging us to grow in our faith. Sign up via the newsletter; the registration link will have more details about the event as well.

Weekly Prayer Meeting

Online prayer meetings for September will be held on Wednesdays. Starting in October they will be held every Tuesday or Thursday each week. Email notices are sent out weekly. You can also submit prayer requests through the request link in the emails.

Small Groups

Information about our small groups is on our website. We have men's and women's groups meeting biweekly. We encourage those of you who are not in one to check them out. They are one of the best ways to get involved in each other's lives.

516 Young Adults’ Ministry (Friday - 4/4 @ 6:30pm)

The young adults ministry (college and beyond) will meet for dinner and Bible study at Jae and Jessica Lee's place in Placentia this Friday 4/4 at 6:30pm. For more information please speak to Pastor Jonathan Yang.

The young adults ministry (college and beyond) will meet for dinner and Bible study at James and Marina Kim's home at 6:30pm in Irvine.  Some dinner foods will be provided, but attendees can bring an appetizer, drink, or dessert to share.
